Taishi Dental Clinic
Taishi was born in Sasebo City, a place similar to Magong due to its
military, economic, and transportation significance. Taishi felt that Penghu
was the optimal place for him to carry out his calling due to its lack of medical
institutions and services. In May 1925, Taishi came to Penghu from Sasebo
City and set up a dental clinic at the current location, winning critical acclaim
from patients thanks to his outstanding skills. He even served as a contract
doctor at the Army Hospital for a significant period of time.
His effort over the past seven years is bearing fruit now; he has also
gained deep trust from the community. He laid down a solid foundation for the
development of his business, which should guarantee him a smooth path
ahead. He has six children with his wife, Toriko, and enjoys happy family life.
