History
  The Guidelines for Volunteer Services of Penghu County Government (Citizen Service Center) and Enforcement Guidelines for Strengthening Service Functions of Penghu County Government Information Desk were established and issued to strengthen the functions of County Government Citizen Service Center and Information Desk and recruit volunteers to assist in offering services to county citizens, and the Citizen Services Handbook for Penghu County Government was compiled and posted in the website of the county government. The purposes of these efforts were to provide more channels for inquiries of citizens, set up the service log and accept case applications from citizens via telephone (Service Line: 06-9263311), so as to coordinate and solve their difficult problems and inquiries in a timely manner.
