Duties and Functions
| Director: To administer the stadium affairs with the orders from the magistrate under the supervision of the Penghu County Department of Education. To command and supervise stadium employees. |
| Extension Section: To handle the sport-related affairs, including training and instruction, sports events, promotion and extension, guidance and research, and general administration. |
| Facilities Section: To handle affairs related to venues and facilities, management and maintenance of sports equipment, and general affairs. |
