1987年後，澎湖以漁業與旅遊業為主要經濟動脈。在資源有限的島嶼上，每一種開創性的想法，將取得生活在澎湖的一線生機。

After the martial law was lifted in 1987, people in Penghu focused on fisheries and tourism as primary sources of income. On these resource-limited islands, every innovative idea holds the potential to bring a glimmer of hope to the residents.
