日治時期，澎湖在殖民者的安排下，像是忘記百年時差的浦島太郎。為了保存澎湖的記憶，設計師吳鷗翔建立「澎湖知識服務平台」線上資料庫，將過去的文獻紀載、田野調查放入其中。

During the Japanese colonization, Penghu developed rapidly compared to the Qing Dynasty, as if centuries were compressed into mere days like in the tale of Urashima Tarō. Now, in the 21st century, to preserve Penghu's memories and prevent them from being forgotten, designer Wu Ou-Xiang created the website “Penghu.info,” making old literature and records easily accessible.
